the wheel of time just keeps turning and turning.

my well rested, full of afternoon naps weekend is OVER.
all i can say is, i'm glad i took time off to do abit of silly things.

like how we spent friday evening shopping! and me buying a few new tops from country road. i love that place man. we went off to belgian beer garden for dinner - lots of mussels! and pomme frites (which are just fancy potato chips) and accompanied by delicious stella beers! oh, the examiner from the paediatric osce was sitting at the next table. so paiseh. >.< lucky he was happily drinking his beer too. hah!

this was followed by 10 hours of sleep. and 3 hours nap. and FINALLY dragging my ass down to play baddy. oh sometimes i forget how much fun i get playing that game. it was really good, had some pro shots and broke a sweat. yay :)

and.. we had some shitass spicy nasi bryani from Rana's Tandoori! Which we washed down with a bottle of Corona each, so satisfying to eat spicy stuff in winter :)

Sunday, we continued our quest for food. We rode all the way to Hahndorf, a quaint little place in the hills 20 minutes from the city. Immediately dashed to the infamous POT BELLY PIES SHOP (which christine, quinnie and a few of our friends were unlucky enough not to have tasted coz it sold out the day they were there) We shared a steak and mushroom pie at the shop - saucy, savoury and alot of meaty chunks! I approve, even though I'm not a fan of pies. We bought 6 pies to take away and distribute to me household :)

Anyhow, my weekend is long over. It's nearly the end of Tuesday now, and I am still trying to grasp the idea of O&G. It's difficult especially if you did Paediatrics first. Abit topsy-turvy now. Oh wells, at least they are really nice about teaching and I have learnt heaps in the span of just 2 days.

Looking forward to more :) 9 weeks of babies and women! come on!!!...
