new found inspiration

looks like im going to be doing orthogeriatrics at RAH for my next MSA. gosh that is going to utterly boring. unless i concentrate on the 'ortho' part of things, but i doubt that there is much opportunity to do that. >.<

at least i'm glad that is settled. can't say that im not sore about not going for rual GP.. but i guess that's life. gotta let go and live.

anyhow, i stayed around till 6.15pm today. did a very thorough admission note for a patient, who is to say the least, rather difficult to extract history from. ugh. spent so long reading through previous admission notes and outpatient notes. at least my RMO thought it was a good job on my part.

so yeap. that kept me slightly pleased at myself. yay for me!
