rainy days

sigh. stuck in a internet cafe because the weather today is so shitty. rain rain rain! ;( other than that, sydney has been nice! alot of shops, long streets, jostling with people, long opening hours of shops.. things that i truly miss about a city. however, all this is undermined by the dirt and grim on the streets, the litter everywhere, over zealous people running around late at night, over priced food and shopping..

i don't know about others but deep down inside i think i belong more to the adelaide concept of the city. no frills, a tad too boring for most people but adelaide is more peaceful... and nice!

but i guess the point of a holiday is to soak yourself into the atmosphere of the place that u are visiting.. and i still have to admit i have had a wonderful time in sydney. beautiful beaches, nice harbours, shopping, eating, markets, art galleries. wow. sounds like alot.. hee.

oh well, i gtg. hopefully the rain has stopped. yeay! ;D
